Merchandise Return Policy
All sales are final unless product(s) are damaged during transit or otherwise defective. If this occurs, you must first contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase at supremelifestylehealthmgmt.com to inform us of the damage. Once we receive your damaged/defective item(s), we will ship out a replacement, if applicable. If a replacement is not available, we will apply a store credit for future usage.
*After the 14 day period, you will no longer be eligible for any returns and/or store credit.
**Due to the nature of our business and some of the products we sell, items that are perishable are not eligible for a return, refund, or store credit.
