Homestyle Guacamole

       

Quick! Easy! Simple! Homestyle Guacamole 

Gluten Free, Low Carb, Keto-Friendly 

Ingredients: 

  • 4-6 Medium or Large Ripe Pitted Avocados
  • 10-12 Cherry Tomatoes (adjust to your preference) 
  • 2 Tbs Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 1/4 Red or Yellow Onion
  • 1-2 Serrano Peppers
  • 1-2 Tbs of Key Lime Juice (Fresh Squeezed)
  •  1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
  •  1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder 
  • 1/2 Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Sea Salt (No Iodized/Table Salt)
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika (Optional)

Directions:

1. Pit avocados, use a spoon to scoop into a mixing glass bowl, then mash them together. 

2. In a mini vegetable chopper/blender, combine tomatoes, cilantro, onion, and serrano pepper. 

3. Stir to combine blended ingredients into mixing glass bowl with avocados. 

4. Squeeze lime juice directly over ingredients, add seasonings and stir all together. Serve and Enjoy!
