Organic Green Smoothie

  • 1 Cup Kale or Spinach 
  • 1 Banana 
  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Strawberries 
  • 1/2 Cup of Frozen Pineapples 
  • 1 TBS of Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds 
  • 1 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk 

Combine all ingredients into blender and enjoy! 

*Feel free to add your favorite fruits and vegetables to taste enhancement. or even ice to keep chilled.
