Organic Green Smoothie
- 1 Cup Kale or Spinach
- 1 Banana
- 1/2 Cup of Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 Cup of Frozen Pineapples
- 1 TBS of Chia Seeds or Flax Seeds
- 1 1/2 Cup of Coconut Milk
Combine all ingredients into blender and enjoy!
*Feel free to add your favorite fruits and vegetables to taste enhancement. or even ice to keep chilled.
