Real food is consuming plenty of fruits and vegetables that is organic or locally grown.
Real food is 100% whole grains and no refined grains.
Real food defined as seafood is wild caught preferable over farm-raised.
Real food defined as meat is farm-raised and eaten in moderation.
Real food defined as natural sweeteners are consumed in moderations and consist of natural honey (not sugar) and pure maple syrup.
Real food defined as snacks are organic, raw and unsweetened died fruits, seeds and nuts.
Real food defined as drinking beverages are water, all-natural juices, herbal coffee and teas which are naturally sweetened and consumed in moderations except for water. Spring water is best. *Plant-based milks no cow's milk.
Real food is natural, unprocessed, chemical-free of additives, no refined or artificial sweeteners.
